Wrigley Field, Soldier Field, and some great jazz music

Wow, what a day it was today. After lunch Ivan and I headed out on our bikes in downtown Chicago traffic heading toward the bike path near the lake. I was in the high 80's and just beautiful. We were able to go by Wrigley Field and then Soldiers Field as well. All total we rode 32 miles in a little over 2 hours - not bad consider we were riding in traffic a lot. Then it was off to Giordano's for a great Chicago deep dish pizza and man was it excellent. We stopped by Hershey's Chocolate store and took a peek inside the American Girl Doll store. You'll see an assortment of pics from all the places mentioned above, plus the Weber Grill Restaurant, Mike Ditkas, and Harry Caray's restaurant.

We capped this evening off with a trip to Andy's Jazz Club for some great jazz music. The atmosphere wasn't the greatest, but the music was hot!

Tomorrow is a full day of conferences and then we head back to Yorkville Thursday night late. I'll stay with Ivan and his family Thursday night and head on back to CR Friday morning. I am really missing my family and I can't wait to get home to see them. Tye out.
